Community Explorer’s Event: The Hermitage Hotel
Tour of the historic Hermitage Hotel in downtown Nashville. Opened in 1910, the Hermitage is one of Nashville's oldest hotels, and our guide has a multitude of interesting stories about its history and famous guests. Lunch afterwards at the Capitol Grille.

Community Explorer’s Event: The Nashville Zoo
In addition to the zoo, we will tour the historic Croft Home, listed on the National Register of Historic Homes, and find out how the zoo came to be located on the Grassmere Plantation land. Lunch at the Zoofari Cafe.
