US Nationals and Eligible Non-Citizens

You are considered a US national if you are citizen of ONE of the following islands:

  • Republic of Palau (PW);
  • Republic of the Marshall Islands (MH);
  • Federated States of Micronesia (FM).

 

 You are considered an Eligible Non-Citizen if you meet ONE of the following criteria:

  • You are a U.S. permanent resident;
  • You are a U.S. conditional permanent resident;
  • You have an Arrival Departure Record (I-94)  with any of the following designations:
    • Refugee
    • Asylum Granted
    • Parolee
    • Viictim of Human Trafficking (T-visa status)
    • Cuban-Haitian Entrant
