Monday - Friday  8:00am - 5:00pm  (Closed on all Vanderbilt employee holidays)

Walk-In Schedule

In order to provide efficient service, VISIT has both walk-in and scheduled appointment. The walk-in hours are below. Most quick questions or simple issues can be handled during walk-in hours. However, if you have a complex issue or questions, please e-mail an Immigration or International Tax Advisor to schedule an appointment. If you have an emergency, or only to drop off or pick up a document, you can come by at any time during our office hours (see above).

WALK-IN HOURS:  Monday - Friday 8:00am - 11:00am  

To allow for appointments and time to process paperwork, no walk-ins will be permitted after 11a.m. If you need to see an advisor in the afternoon, please schedule an appointment.

Notary Public Services

The International Suite (Student Life Center) provides free Notary Public services to the Vanderbilt’s international students, scholars, employees and business visitors.
