L. GINO MARCHETTI, JR., of Nashville, Tennessee, is a partner in the firm of Taylor, Pigue, Marchetti & McCaskill, PLLC. A graduate of Vanderbilt University (B.A. 1973); and the University of Tennessee College of Law (J.D. 1976).

He is a member of the Nashville, Tennessee and American Bar Associations, Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association, National Diocesan Attorneys Association, Canon Law Society of America, and the International Association of Defense Counsel where he served as Chair of the Business Litigation Committee and was a faculty member on the 2000 IADC Trial Academy. His primary areas of practice include tax exempt entities, employment law, commercial and business litigation and corporate representation, as well as bankruptcy and creditors' rights. He serves as a general counsel to various for-profit, as well as not-for profit, entities, including the Roman Catholic Diocese of Nashville, Tennessee, and related auxiliaries and entities.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Marchetti has served on various boards and in leadership roles.
