ALL Vanderbilt University Virtual School video conferences are scheduled on
CENTRAL time and are for Published Date(s) and Time(s) ONLY.

By registering for this videoconference, you are making a COMMITMENT to
participate in this videoconference AND to pay a $75 USD charge per
videoconference connection. In fairness to all participants, try to limit
any cancellations after your Topic and Time have been confirmed by
Vanderbilt Virtual School.
We will NOT charge for videoconferences that are cancelled due to
weather-related closings such as snow days, ice storms, flooding,
earthquakes; for terrorism and national emergencies; and any other
catastrophic emergencies.
The FULL $75 USD fee will be charged to sites which cancel with less than 48
hours notice of the program date except for weather emergencies or
catastrophic events. "No Shows" will incur a $75 USD cancellation fee.
There will be no refund unless there are technical problems with the
Vanderbilt Virtual School VC equipment; a cancellation by Vanderbilt Virtual
School personnel; or your school closing due to weather emergencies or
catastrophic events.
