Rental and Reservation of the
Vanderbilt Virtual School Videoconference Studio

There is a $200 per hour fee for rental of the Virtual School studio payable to Vanderbilt Virtual School.  This per hour charge covers the following: phone calls and pre-conference IP test calls with participating sites before the conference; operation of all equipment on the day of the videoconference; the full use of the studio; use of all peripherals; and an onsite Media Technician to run the technology of the videoconference.
