Virtual School

Do your students want to meet Vanderbilt researchers to discuss the latest discoveries in science? How about a session on careers? Arts? Archeology? Technology? Medicine? Psychology? Neuroscience? Nutrition?

You can bring your students to Vanderbilt and bring Vanderbilt into your classroom through the technology of interactive videoconferencing. Vanderbilt Virtual School uses ISDN-based videoconference equipment. The Virtual School is a partner in the Vanderbilt University Medical Center's Science Education Partnership Award  from the National Institutes of Health. We are a member of Tennessee's Project DIANE videoconference network  and other national and international videoconference networks. As a founding member of the Arts and Science Educational Consortium, we are dedicated to providing high quality interactive sessions that meet national, state and local curriculum standards.
