3.Take the Nutri-Bee Quiz

This is a multiple choice quiz just like the Nutri-Bee.  It will give you your score at the end.  More important, this will also give you the opportunity to test your network connections and make sure that you're not going to have trouble connecting to the test location on Nutri-Bee Day. Questions about network connections should be addressed to your school's computer technicians.

4.Take the Nutri-Bee exam on March 14.

On Tuesday, Wednesday, March 14, 2001, students who have registered to participate in the Nutri-Bee will go to the Nutri-Bee Exam page on Vanderbilt's Virtual School site on the World Wide Web and answer as many of the questions about nutrition as they can. Students will have one hour to complete the exam. The site will be open from 6 AM to 10 PM CST and will set an on-line timer when the student logs in. The snow day for the exam will be March 16.  This is NOT an open-book test.  Students may not consult any notes or other persons while taking the test.

5.Prizes.

The responses will be graded and all students will receive feedback on their performance by March 30 when the winners will be announced. All participants will receive a Certificate of Accomplishment in the 2001 Nutri-Bee. All decisions by the judges will be final. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a Nutri-Bee Plaque to be displayed at the winning school each year.  Other prizes for participating students and schools can be seen on the Prize Page!
