In the State of Tennessee, children of school age must be enrolled in school. Public schools and private schools both exist within Tennessee and contact information for both kinds of schools, as well as information about daycare and preschool for younger children, is available below.

Cheekwood Botanical Garden & Museum of Art

The museum and gallery offer free admission to all visitors 18 and under. On the second floor of the gallery there is a learning center geared toward children called ArtQuest.

HEALTHCARE
All Vanderbilt faculty, staff, researchers, and students are offered access to the healthcare facilities at Vanderbilt, and may purchase coverage for spouses or same sex/gender domestic partners, and eligible children from birth to 26 years of age.
