Vanderbilt University will be hosting its 8th Annual International Education Week (IEW), Thursday, November 12 through Thursday, November 19. As part of the effort to facilitate an exchange of international and cultural experiences, one of the keystone IEW events will be the World Market Fair on Monday, November 16. The fair will take place in the Sarratt Promenade in the Sarratt Student Center from 10am to 4pm.
Guidelines for Vendors:
- Vanderbilt will be providing each vendor with a presenting table (5 feet) and two chairs.
- Each vendor is responsible for handling payment (credit card, cash, check), and collecting sales tax. Vendors will retain 100% of profit.
- There will be a limit of 20 individual vendors. Therefore, participation is first come, first served.
- Setup will take place from 8:30am to 10am the morning of the fair, November 16.
- Vendors must be in attendance and man the booth the entire fair.
- There is a suggested vendor donation of $20.00. Please make checks payable to Vanderbilt University. Please mail checks to VIO by Monday,November 9. Outside donations are also welcome!
