Sycamore High School visits Vanderbilt

Sycamore High School (Cheatham County) participated in the VINSE field trip program. Seventeen students from grades 9-12 performed an experiment module "Constructing a Solar Cell from Fruit Pigment" during which the students fabricate and test a nano-structured solar cell, and operate an electron microscope to examine the structure on the nano-scale.
