VINSE graduate students visit William James Middle School

Graduate students Amy Ng and Toshia Wrenn gave presentations to over 80 seventh graders at William James Middle School in White Bluff, TN.  They used rubber band projectiles to give students a hands-on account of Newton's Second Law of Motion, F=ma.

If your school would like to participate in outreach opportunities, please contact Sarah Satterwhite at 615-343-6868.

This effort is funded by the National Science Foundation TNSCORE program (NSF EPS 1004083 ) -
