The
NCAA Division I Commodores play in the keenly competitive Southeastern
Conference, which includes such opponents as Alabama, Tennessee

For
the past five years, 81 percent of our varsity athletes have received
their degrees, one of the best records in higher education. Five
percent of our undergraduates play varsity sports -- and a full
62 percent are involved in either intercollegiate, intramural or
recreational sports.
