When this Victorian was constructed in 1888 to house Vanderbilt’s engineering program, it was the first building in Tennessee designed for the teaching of engineering. Today, “Old Mechanical” is home to the Owen School’s Executive MBA program.

Owen's fast-growing recognition as one of the premier top-tier business schools reflects its well-established excellence in preparing students to succeed in key segments of the evolving economy, including Finance, Marketing, Operations Management, Organizational Management and Electronic Commerce.

Owen has an average class size each year of 285 MBA, Executive MBA, MS Finance and Master of Accountancy students and a student-to-faculty ratio of 10:1.
