William Robinson

“That’s what I really enjoy—getting a chance to actually know the students whether they are working individually or in teams on projects. I actually get a chance to interact with them rather than just seeing them as a name on the roll.”

Within five years of joining our engineering faculty, and after a peer review by top researchers across the country, Dr. Robinson earned the National Science Foundation’s prestigious Early Career Development Award.

Ask him, and he’s quick to point out that engaging students in the potential their futures can hold is as important as his work improving the reliability of integrated circuits.
