Abkowitz quoted in aftermath of Hurricane Sandy as climate change infrastructure adaptation expert

Professor Mark Abkowitz was quoted in an article published on the Huffington Post this morning on the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy in New York. Abkowitz’s comments were solicited based upon his current research into transportation infrastructure adaptation in response to extreme weather events.
