Duplication

All duplication services are subject to copyright restrictions and users will be required to provide legal permission and to sign a release of liability. The turnaround time for duplication is based on the amount of technician time involved. Our minimum turnaround time is 48 hours for simple duplication. More complex duplications will require more time.

Blank media (when available)

Video duplication

Please note that regular VHS tapes can be recorded at 3 different speeds. The quality of the slower speeds is noticeably inferior. Also note that most foreign countries do no use the American standard. The American system is NTSC the other systems are PAL and SECAM.

• VHS to VHS (NTSC) $5.00 plus the blank tape
• VHS (NTSC or PAL) to PAL-NTSC $10.00 plus the blank tape

DVD duplication

• Mini DV to DVD (if not copy protected) 
  $5.00 plus the blank DVD
• Additional copies
  $1.00 plus the blank DVD
• DVD to DVD (copy protected, must have release)
  $10.00 plus the blank DVD
• Additional copies
  $1.00 plus the blank DVD
• Mini DV to DVD

• DVD to Mini DV
  $5.00 plus the blank DVD
• DVD duplication with NTSC-PAL, PAL-NTSC or zone conversion $10.00 plus the blank DVD

CD duplication

• Media file to CD $5.00 plus the blank CD
• Cassette to CD* $5.00 plus the blank CD

*For a transfer of an entire cassette side. Individual tracks can be transferred but cost is figured on technician time at $20.00 per hour.
