If you only need to rent a car or reserve airport parking (i.e., no airfare or hotel reservations), use this page for your bookings. The Vanderbilt Travel online booking tool will provide you with the rates for all rental car agencies; however,if you have a preferred vendor, you can click the corresponding link below for Vanderbilt´s contracted rental car agencies and book directly. Note: if you book directly with an agency and outside of the Vanderbilt Travel booking tool, FROSCH has no means to support you during your travel.

National	Compact through premium include unlimited miles per day and per week on roundtrip rentals. Loss Damage Waiver included in rate on business rentals. Avis/Budget	Compact through premium include unlimited miles per day on roundtrip rentals. Loss Damage Waiver w/$1000 deductible included in rate with corporate discount code. Additional liability protection of 100/300/25 included in rate with corporate discount code. Blackout dates for corporate rate apply on weekends and holidays at LaGuardia, JFK, Newark and Manhattan locations.
