Beginning in July, all Vanderbilt faculty and staff will start booking new business travel through Vanderbilt’s new travel management company, Polk CTM.
Polk CTM will manage the university's new travel system’s online booking tool, powered by Concur, which will be piloted by several departments across the university beginning in May and will be available to all employees in July. Employees not included in the six-week pilot who would like to use the new system should call Polk directly to book travel.
Any travel currently booked through FROSCH or directly with PCard or personal credit card can continue as planned. FROSCH will continue to provide support for travel occurring after July 31, 2013, that was booked prior to that date.
