An extensive equipment infrastructure for chemical synthesis can be found in Chemistry and the Medical School. From analytical and preparatory HPLC to LC/MS and specialized spectroscopic tools (e.g. in situ IR), we are - as a community - well equipped to overcome essentially any contemporary synthesis problem.
