Vanderbilt University Men’s Lacrosse Club
Purpose
The men’s lacrosse program is designed for young men that desire to play a competitive, organized level of lacrosse without the extreme commitment associated with Varsity status.
History
We were formed in the 1960′s and are a founding member of the Southeastern Lacrosse Conference (SELC).
Competitions/Practice
We compete against the club teams of SEC and ACC opponents. We are a competitive club and a good sized time commitment is expected.
Our practices vary during the two semesters. In the Fall, we practice on Tuesdays and Thursdays while usually playing in two away tournaments. In the Spring, practice is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We traditionally play about 11 games against SELC opponenets as well as teams from other conferences.
