
Student Organization RegistrationWelcome to Student Organization Registration!! The registration process serves to provide current information to the Office of the Dean of Students and the University population at large. We are also interested in encouraging each organization to take a look at who they are and set goals for the academic year. As a result, students are required to provide an updated constitution every year. Current copies of constitutions are on file and may be obtained upon emailed request. This form must accompany the signature page at the end of the registration form (pdf form) or be uploaded along with the registration form. Each organization must receive approval from the Office of Student Governance and Organizations in order to be considered a Vanderbilt organization and to receive the following services:
