Step Two: Student Organization Registration

While Step One is an online submission, step two requires printing and signing this form:

• Officer and Adviser Affirmation Form.

Once this form is printed, it should be signed by the organization’s president and adviser and then returned to 207 Sarratt. Registration is not complete until this form, along with your Constitution, is turned in.
