The Student Life Center is available for events Sunday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m., and Friday and Saturday from 7:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m. Groups will be charged $100 per hour for any additional time needed beyond facility hours.
**The following rates take effect fall 2009**
*All meeting room rates double for usage beyond 4 hours.
*All prices are for a 4 hour block of time. Additional hours are $50 each for BOT & Ballroom reservations.
*All groups are required to make a deposit in order to reserve the ballrooms or BOT room.
*Default configuration for ballrooms and BOT room is empty. Both rooms will always incur setup labor fees.
*Default setup for meeting rooms 1&2 is classroom style. Default setup for meeting room 3 is lecture/theater style for 30. Any reconfiguration of either room will result in $25 setup fee.
