2011 - 2012 Federal Work Study Job Fair

Student Employment will be hosting the Federal Work Study Job Fair at the Vanderbilt Student Life Center. Last year, approximately 70 University and Medical Center departments were represented and over 400 students attended. Departments are invited to set up between 8:30 am – 9:15 am. Students will be arriving at 9:30 am.

If you would like to participate, please open the Job Fair Reservation Form , and return it by August 15, 2011 , in order to secure your space. Space is limited so please share this information with all department personnel who employ and manage FWS student employees.

Tables, chairs, and a department sign will be provided for everyone with a reservation as well as an instruction packet for anyone staffing tables. You may choose to bring other signs, flyers, job descriptions, food, or anything you feel will attract students to interview with you.

If you will not be able to participate in the 2011 FWS Job Fair, but wish to hire FWS student employees, please post available positions at www.HireADore.com . All students will have access to the HireADore online job bank by August 1^st.
