Equipment Rental Rates
Groups are not allowed to bring in A/V equipment the Student Centers has in-house. Arrangements for use of equipment must be finalized two weeks prior for events in large event spaces¹ and five days for small event/meeting spaces. Equipment must remain in the building and may not be rented for use outside of the Student Centers (exceptions do apply, please contact Reservations & Events for more information).
The rates below apply to large event spaces¹ and special use. Please note that small event/meeting spaces include built-in equipment. If additional equipment is required beyond what a small event/meeting space has built-in additional charges may apply. These rates do not include setup/teardown. Not all equipment is available in all spaces.
