Standing Reservations

Each Registered Student Organizations may request up to two standing (recurring) reservations per year.  For example, beginning in mid-April an organization may book a room for every Wednesday from 8-10p for an entire academic school year, provided that room is available.  Standing reservations may be made through Virtual EMS or by contacting Reservations and Events directly.
