You may use this tool to explore many of the spaces on Vanderbilt’s campus that can be reserved for your registered student organization or department’s event. In order to check availability, please visit Virtual EMS.

Academic Buildings

Classrooms may be reserved through our office for non-academic events after classes are completed for the day.

Student Centers

Vanderbilt’s Student Centers are very popular for both student and department sponsored events.

Outdoor Space

Outdoor events may require three to four weeks notice for a reservation and may require you to attend Special Event Registration.

Other Space

These spaces consist of rehearsal space, tables, chapels, the Student Rec Center and Langford Auditorium.

Affiliates – Black Cultural Center, Dyer Observatory and Ingram Hall are additional venues on campus that are booked independently.
