- Attention - Our desire is to leave a positive impression on all patrons using the Student Centers. To achieve this, it is important to handle all customers' requests in a timely, courteous, helpful, and caring manner and be attentive to their needs. It is also essential to be attentive while handling money and selling tickets.

Dress neatly and appropriately, wearing you nametag while on duty. Attend all regularly scheduled meetings. Overall, know your specific job-related duties, and ask questions if you are unsure.

- Knowledge - The student employee is expected to demonstrate competent knowledge of his/her department. Each employee should have a basic understanding of the role of his/her building and be able to demonstrate a commitment to that role. To demonstrate this knowledge, you should know the policies and procedures that govern the building, the layout of campus, what activities are taking place, where things are located, and who to call if you don't know. Having access to this knowledge will make your job easier and show a caring attitude.
- Ownership - Each Building is a student-centered building that values the involvement of individuals who take pride in and responsibility for achieving its educational and social goals. This is your place, so take care of it. For example, do not sit on top of furniture nor prop feet on furniture.
- Learning - Through involvement and work experience, we hope to contribute significantly to the development of each staff member's self-identity, personal judgment, civility toward others, sense of belonging within the campus community, and skills for future employment.
- Integrity - It is essential that every Sarratt staff member exhibit integrity for members of our team to trust one another. Without trust, the team spirit weakens, and Sarratt and our services suffer. Integrity is the foundation for character and thus a meaningful, fulfilling life.
