The Vanderbilt University Office of Conferences and the Student Center staff have join forces to create a seamless Conference and Event Management Operation. Our goal is to provide the highest level of customer service in a friendly, efficient, and professional manner. Our Offices serves as guest relations, a liaison between campus facilities and services, and area attractions.
While employed as a Conference and Event Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to gain leadership experience, enhance problem solving skills and serve as an essential member of a dynamic team working together to successfully host conferences and camps at Vanderbilt. The 2015 conference season will run from Monday, May 4, through Sunday, August 2, 2015.

Want to study for finals but are afraid to be eaten by a T-Rex? Come study at the Student Centers! Three of our facilities are open 24 hours a day, are available for study space, and are 100% T-Rex free. Alumni Hall, Kissam Center, and Sarratt|Rand are open for students to use as study space December 7th – 12th. Please be sure to check individual room schedules posted outside each room for scheduled meetings that may interrupt your study time.

The Tech Hub is an extension of the Vanderbilt IT Help Desk. It offers the Vanderbilt community speedy walk-up tech support in convenient locations across campus. From VUnetID and software store assistance to email configuration and charging stations, the Tech Hub strives to ensure that students, faculty and staff are taking full advantage of the technology Vanderbilt provides.
VUIT will set up the mobile Tech Hub in Sarratt|Rand from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. for the following dates and locations:
Wednesday, September 17 to Friday, September 19 – Sarratt Promenade
Monday, September 22 to Thursday, September 25 – Sarratt Promenade
