Vanderbilt University is consistently ranked as one of the premier universities in the country. The academic standards for student-athletes are never compromised. They are expected to achieve in the classroom as well as on their fields of play. Vanderbilt is proud of the student-athletes and the academic honors they have collected.

Overall Academic Achievements

  • 44 CoSIDA Academic All-Americans
  • 78% student-athlete graduation rate over the last four years

2005-2006 Academic Achievements

  • #1 ranking for graduation rates in the Southeastern Conference
  • 88 Commodore student-athletes were named to the Dean's List
  • 155 Commodore student-athletes achieved a 3.0 or higher
  • 164 Commodore student-athletes were selected to the SEC Academic Honor Roll
