Why did you choose to attend Vanderbilt?
Best fit for me academically as well as athletically.

What are your career goals?
Play professional baseball for as long as I can and then open up my own company.

What does it take to be academically successful at Vanderbilt?
Time management is the most important skill.  Have to be able to maximize the 24 hour day.

How do you manage your demanding schedule?
I like to use sticky notes app on my MAC in order to map out my weeks.  Usually sit down Sunday night and figure out what I have due that particular week.  Sleep is important too.

What is your ritual before taking a test?
Study until I feel prepared and then wake up the morning of and look over the material briefly.  Try not to over-study.

What is your favorite quote?
“Being the richest man in the cemetery doesn’t matter to me. Going to bed at night saying we’ve done something wonderful, that’s what matters to me.”-Steve Jobs
