Come to us for your health care needs while you are a student at Vanderbilt. We provide high quality care in a nurturing environment, and many of our services are free for registered Vanderbilt students.

The Student Health Center's mission is to enhance the academic experience of students by providing quality primary healthcare services in a nurturing and cost-effective manner. Our physicians and nurse practitioners are dedicated to meeting students' unique health care needs. Whether you are sick or injured, managing a chronic health problem, or working to develop a healthier lifestyle, the VUSHC is here to help.

Tennessee law requires that all new in-coming students either receive the hepatitis B and meningococcal vaccines (living in on-campus housing) or sign a waiver indicating that they do not wish to receive the vaccines. While the institution is not required to provide the vaccines and/or reimbursement for them, both can be purchased and administered at the Student Health Center.

If you are over 18 and would like to waive or enter your meningococcal and hepatitis B vaccine information, click here www.kosterweb.com and select "Vanderbilt University" from the pull down menu.

If you are under 18, please click on Forms for Download, pick the appropriate form, have a legal guardian sign the form, and mail the form to the Student Health Center at the address provided at the bottom of the page.
