Protecting Your Privacy

In a continuing effort to protect your privacy, when printing invoices the Office of Student Accounts will no longer be printing your social security number on invoices, in lieu of your social security number a billing account number has been assigned and will be reflected on any invoice you may receive after November 1, 2005. When paying by mail please enclose check (made payable to Vanderbilt University) and remittance form in the return envelope provided with your invoice. Please include your full name and newly assigned Account Billing number or your full name and last four digits of your social security numbers on all remittances.
