REMITTANCE INFORMATION

All checks should be made payable to Vanderbilt University. Please include your full name and newly assigned account billing number or your full name and the last four digits of the student's social security number on all remittances. Payments for the fall semester must be received by August 19, 2009, to avoid late fees and cancellation of classes. Payments for the spring semester must be received by January 7, 2010, to avoid late fees and cancellation of classes.

E-Payments: Pay your bill online. Use either your credit card (2.65% convenience fee) or your checking/savings account ($1 service fee).

Payment by mail: Enclose check and payment stub in the return envelope provided with your invoice. Please make all checks payable to Vanderbilt University. Allow sufficient time for mail processing in order for your payment to be received before the deadline. If you have not received an invoice, please send your payment to Vanderbilt University, Office of Student Accounts, 110 21st Avenue South, Suite 100, Nashville, TN 37203.

Payment in person: Payments can be made in person at the University Cashier's Office located in room 100 in the Baker Building. The Cashier's office does not accept credit cards. Please make all payments payable to Vanderbilt University.

Overnight Delivery: Send payment to Vanderbilt University, Office of Student Accounts, 110 21st Avenue South, Suite 100, Nashville, TN 37203. Please do not use the address on the return envelope provided in your invoice for payments sent via overnight delivery. Make all checks payable to Vanderbilt University.

Bank Wire Transfer: Wire money transfer to Mellon Bank. Please contact the Office of Student Accounts for information.
