ATTENTION - Beginning this fall, paper invoices WILL NO LONGER PRINT AND MAIL except for the months of July, August, November, December and April. For all other months students MUST utilize the E-Billing system to view statements. Beginning July 1, 2011, paper invoices will no longer be printed and mailed. Students will receive an e-mail notification at their Vanderbilt e-mail address every month (except September and January in which no invoice is generated). Students may also grant online access for other "payers" who will also receive e-mail notifications when a new invoice is ready to view.
Important information concerning electronic bills.
The Office of Student Accounts is the centralized billing and collection
point for student accounts and is a division of the Vice Chancellor
for Administration’s office. The primary function of the Student
Accounts office is to issue bills, receive payments, as well as
provide the means to help understand some basic aspects of an account
at Vanderbilt. While Student Accounts does post miscellaneous charges
and credits to student accounts, the majority of charges and credits
originate from other departments. Each of these departments maintains
detailed records concerning specific items that appear on the account,
and should be contacted directly.
