To complete the Student Account Agreement online:

• Log in to your YES landing page
• Click Student Accounts
• Under "Campus Finances" click View Student Permissions
• Click green box reading Grant Permissions
• Click OSA button
• Click Next
• Click Agree to Terms
• Click Submit

If you need to add a spouse, parent, or guardian, you will need to submit a paper form:
Law School
Owen Graduate School of Management
Owen EMBA Program
All Other Graduate Schools

(Payment must be made by this date to avoid late fee assessment)
(If a signed Student Account and Deferment Agreement is on file, current semester charges can be deferred until Nov. 30, but a late charge of 1½% will be assessed each month on the unpaid balance.)
(ALL PRIOR SEMESTER BALANCES MUST BE PAID IN FULL.)
