REMITTANCE INFORMATION

All checks should be made payable to Vanderbilt University. Please include the student's name, account ID or the last four digits of their social security number on all remittances.

Payment by mail: Enclose check and payment stub in the return envelope provided with your invoice. Please allow sufficient time for mail processing in order for your payment to be received before the deadline. If you have not received an invoice, please send your payment to Vanderbilt University, Office of Student Accounts, 110 21st Avenue South, Suite 100, Nashville, TN 37203.

Payment in person: Payments can be made in person at the University Cashier's Office located in room 100 in the Baker Building Building.

Overnight Delivery: Send payment to Vanderbilt University, Office of Student Accounts, 110 21st Avenue South, Suite 100, Nashville, TN 37203. Please do not use the return envelope provided in your invoice for payments sent via overnight delivery.

E-Payments: Pay your bill online. Use either your credit card (2.65% convenience fee) or your checking/savings account ($1 service fee).

Bank Wire Transfer: Wire money transfer to Mellon Bank. Please contact the Office of Student Accounts for information.
