Cashier's Office

The Cashier's Office is located at 112 21st Ave. South, Room 100 (inside University Plaza).  Hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday.  Payments received after 4:30 p.m. will be posted the following business day.  We accept student payments and departmental deposits.  For deposit dates, please view the 2004-05 Fiscal Month-End Dates for Deposits.

Departmental Policies

• Return Check Policy - Any check presented to the University that is not initially honored will be resubmitted for payment.  If after this resubmission the check is still not honored the check will be returned to the University, and will not be returned to the bank another time.  All returned checks will incur a $25 handling charge that will be assessed to the account.  If the payment originally allowed registration, that registration could be voided.  The returned check may be given back to the account holder upon request, if a replacement payment has been made.
