Project Manager
Vanderbilt University
Genevieve Zottola is project manager at the National Center on School Choice. She is currently researching student achievement patterns in public and private city high schools, drawing upon a nationally representative sample for empirical analysis.
Prior to completing a master's degree program at Vanderbilt, Ms. Zottola taught for four years at the middle school level. She is particularly interested in school choice and its power to increase educational access and raise student achievement, the effects of competition on school quality, and the impact of pay-for-performance on teacher effectiveness and retention.
