School Leadership in the Private Sector
PI: Timothy C. Caboni, Vanderbilt University

Summary:
This project consists of three leadership development institutes for individuals engaged in charter school, independent school, and Montessori school leadership, respectively. The goal of each is to provide individual training to enable participants to make decisions for their home organizations grounded in theory and supported by data. The five-day format provides focused exposure to content, fosters networking among participants, and opportunities for continuous learning outside of the formal sessions.
