Jonathan Plucker is a professor of educational psychology and cognitive science at Indiana University, where he also directs the Center for Evaluation and Education Policy. Dr. Plucker conducts research on education policy, including a wide range of topics related to choice, and the psychology of giftedness and talent, with emphasis on creativity and intelligence. Many of his recent efforts to study these topics have occurred in international contexts. His most recent books are Critical Issues in Gifted Education, edited with Carolyn Callahan, and Essentials of Creativity Assessment, written with James Kaufman and John Baer
