How to Register

Registration Basics

• *Students must be 16 years of age at time of registration. Classes are open to the Vanderbilt and Nashville communities.
• Tuition and lab fees must be paid in full when registering for classes.
• Students are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis, and class sizes are limited.
• All classes meet one night a week for 8 weeks and are not for college credit.
• *All studio art classes are open to Vanderbilt stuidents, faculty/staff and the Nashville community.

1. Registration Form (print the pdf - you will need the free Acrobat Reader)
2. Tuition and lab fees must be paid in full when registering for classes. We accept MasterCard, Visa, cash, check, or Vanderbilt Card (Vanderbilt students and staff) for payment of class tuition and lab fees.
3. Fees for an 8 week class are:
   • $75 for VU students
   • $110 for VU faculty/staff/Alumni/family members
   • $120 for the Nashville community
   • All classes have a lab fee of $25.00

We know that online registration is really cool, so read the information below before registering!

• Check the Schedule of Classes before registering on line. If there is no more space available in a class it will be marked with "CLOSED" under the class. If a class is closed, please select a new class from our schedule. We will not be able to give permission for extra students in a class that is filled.
• Be sure to refresh your browser when checking our schedule so that ypou have the current status of all classes.
• Tuition and lab fees must be paid in full when registering for classes. We accept MasterCard or Visa for online payment of class registration and lab fees.

• You will receive an email to confirm your place in a class or to inform you that the class is full.

Cancellation Policy

Classes and workshops may be cancelled if there are not enough students registered. We will notify you in advance and issue a refund.

Refunds

There are no refunds if a student cannot attend or continue a class for any reason.

Photo Release

Please note that Sarratt may take photographs of classes for use in Sarratt publications. Please notify David Heustess if you do not want your photograph taken.
