Ticketmaster

The Ticketmaster outlet is on the first floor of Sarratt Student Center at the Welcome Desk. You can purchase tickets for Great Performances, concerts, and other events at the outlet. Methods of payment include cash, check, or your Vanderbilt Card. We do not accept any credit cards as a method of payment.

Ticketmaster is open from 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. seven days a week. Please note that holiday and break hours will be posted.

Sarratt Box Office Ticket Policy

  1. Only currently registered Vanderbilt student organizations and Vanderbilt Departments shall use the Sarratt Box Office to setup events using the Ticketmaster system.
  2. Ticket sales to the Vanderbilt community should begin a minimum of two (2) weeks before the event. One week prior to the date of the event, all unsold tickets will be available to non-Vanderbilt community, when applicable.
  3. Refunds will not be given, except when deemed necessary and approved by a Student Life representative. Tickets may not be resold for a profit.
  4. An Event Setup Form or Event Setup Email must be completed at least five business days before the date tickets are requested to go on sale.
  5. Tickets will remain on sale during Sarratt Box Office regular operating hours.
  6. A Vanderbilt University center number must be provided before any event setup service is requested.
  7. Sarratt Box Office will transfer funds from tickets sales via internal transfer. This transfer will take place up to four weeks after the event date.
  8. The Box Office Manager will communicate with only one representative per organization or department.
  9. In the days leading up to the event, an audit can be given once a day to the one representative when requested. On the day of the event, an audit can be given every 3 hours. Upon request, an event audit can be provided within a week after the event date.
  10. Fees from ticket services (setup fees) will be deducted from the ticket sales revenue.
  11. A setup fee will be charged to all events and are as follows:
    1. Events sold at the Sarratt Box Office (On-Campus) ONLY:
      1. $50.00 established setup fee per each individual show and/or event
      2. 15 cents Per Printed Ticket
    2. Events sold to Off-Campus Ticketmaster outlets (including Internet and Phones) plus the Sarratt Box Office (On-Campus):
      1. $100.00 established setup fee per each individual show and/or event
      2. 15 cents Per Printed Ticket On-Campus
      3. 30 cents Per Sold ticket Off-Campus
      4. The Ticketmaster credit card usage fee is 3.30% of online sales revenue. This fee will only be assessed on organizations requesting online ticketing services. (Event organizers can indicate on the Event Setup Form whether or not they wish to make tickets available for purchase online.)
  12. Events can only be setup with the following guidelines:
    1. Sponsored or hosted by currently registered Vanderbilt student organizations and/or Vanderbilt Departments.
    2. The event is held in a University facility.
    3. The event falls under one or a combination of the following descriptions:
      1. Campus Event, Concert, Speaker, Lecture, Dance, and/or Performance
  13. Only tickets can be sold out of the Sarratt Box Office. Products, such as T-shirts, non-Ticketmaster tickets, and services, CANNOT be sold out of the Sarratt Box Office. Approved exceptions include programs such as Sarratt Art Studio Class Registration, Sarratt Art Studio lab fees, Vanderbilt Dance Class Registration, Sarratt Gallery Poster Sale, Commodore Yearbook, Sarratt Gallery Exhibit sales, and Sarratt Holiday Arts Festival.
