Registration Information

Tuition rates and payment schedule for Sarratt Youth Art Institute 2008 are:

Vanderbilt Community (Vanderbilt Students, Faculty and Staff, Alumni)

After May 1, 2008
*Sessions 1 or 2 - $200.00 for a one week session of art

Nashville Community

After May 1, 2008
*Sessions 1 or 2 - $220.00 for a one week session of art

We are still acepting registration for Sessions 1 and 2 as of May 14, 2008.

Please note that session 4 closed on April 15, 2008.

Please note that session 3 closed on April 30, 2008.

Hours are 9:00am - 3:00pm Monday - Friday. Please note that lunch and snacks are not provided in the tuition rates. Children must bring their own food and drinks. Arrival time is between 8:45am and 9:00am. Pick up time is between 3:00pm and 3:15pm.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The Sarratt Youth Art Institute is committed to offering this summer program. The Institute will not cancel a summer session for any reason. Your registration guarantees a place for your child in this program. Therefore, the Sarratt Youth Art Institute does not offer refunds for its programs.

Institute Hours

Before and After care services will be provided at an additional fee of $75.00 per child for each session. Before care hours are 7:45am - 8:45am and After Care hours are 3:15pm - 5:30pm. Please include payment for this service with your registration.
