 Registration InformationTuition rates for Sarratt Youth Art Institute 2012 are: Vanderbilt Community (Vanderbilt Students, Faculty and Staff, Alumni)

In Person Registration is March 1 and 2, 2012 from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm in the Sarratt Gallery and is on a first come, first served basis. We will accept up to 24 students per session. The Sarratt Gallery is located on the main floor of the Sarratt Student Center. ?You may pay for your child's session with you Visa, Mastercard, cash opr check. We will accept mail in and drop off registrations beginning Monday, March12, 2012 if space is available. Please check our web site for updated information. Institute HoursInstitute hours are 9:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday. Please note that lunch and snacks are not provided in the tuition rates. Children must bring their own food and drinks. Arrival time is between 8:45am and 9:00am. Pick up time is between 4:00pm and 4:15pm. Due to extensive construction renovations in Sarratt Student Center, SYAI will meet in 208 24th Avenue which is conveniently located near by. Before and After care services will be provided at an additional fee of $50.00 per child for each session. Before care hours are 7:45am - 8:45am and After Care hours are 4:15pm - 5:30pm. Please include payment for this service with your registration. Cancellation and Refund PolicyThe Sarratt Youth Art Institute is committed to offering this summer program. The Institute will not cancel a summer session for any reason due to enrollment. Your registration guarantees a place for your child in this program. Therefore, the Sarratt Youth Art Institute does not offer refunds for its programs for any reason.
