Amy Wilcox started her career as a professional singer about three years ago. Originating from Oklahoma, she knows what it takes to be serious and came to Nashville to kick-start her career. Singing her first word, Amy grew up performing in church and continued on a musical path through college joining various a-capella groups. Although she had a scholarship for soccer from Vanderbilt University, as soon as she graduated, Amy jumped right back into her true passion. As she worked her way up to the top, Amy sang with cover bands at local honky-tonks and had the opportunity to open for American Idol contestant Kellie Pickler this past summer. Looking out at the crowd from onstage, she knew she was doing exactly what she loves.
