Below are the guidelines to post items on the digital signage in Sarratt Student Center and the Student Life Center. These guidelines are intended to ensure facility specific information is posted on the signage.

Departments and organizations that meet the criteria to post on the digital signage must send a JPG (1366x768) version via email one week prior having it posted.

Guidelines for Digital Signage (in order of priority).

  1. Communicate emergency information.
  2. Communicate facility related information, examples include:
    a. Daily list of events
    b. Job openings for front desk
    c. Finals study space
    d. Hours of operation
    e. Opening up of reservations
  3. Communicate facility specific events that are open to the campus community or have more than 3 spaces reserved in the facility. Examples include:
    a. Movie nights
    b. Gallery openings
    c. Conferences
    d. Student organization events
  4. Requests for exceptions can be emailed to Jack Davis, Director of Student Centers.
