Spring Break Opportunities:
Spring Break Mission Trips
Every Spring Break a group of students joined with other area volunteers (staff, faculty, etc) pack their bags and hit the road to provide service to those in need around the world. We work hard, eat well, enjoy each other’s company, make new friends, and help God’s people. We have been to such exotic places as Mexico City, Cat Island (Bahamas), Santa Rosalia, Baja California Mexico, New York City, Guatemala, Ecuador, Stafford, Texas and Spring Hill, Louisiana. To find out more about Spring Break, contact the Office of Religious Life at religiouslife@vanderbilt.edu

After School Mentoring
Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 3:45-5:45 pm Wesley/Canterbury students meet at St. Augustine’s and travel to the 61st Avenue United Methodist Church to mentor inner city children in Nashville.

Room In The Inn
Wesley/Canterbury Fellowship hosts Room in the Inn from November through March. Room in the Inn is a Nashville-based program that feeds and houses the homeless during the winter months at many Nashville-area churches. Homeless people are feed dinner, breakfast and given a sack lunch. They are able to take a shower and have their clothes washed during their stay at the church. Wesley/Canterbury hosts Room in the Inn on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings during the winter months.
