Group Fitness

With more than 60 classes a week, Group Fitness classes are offered daily, and are designed for every fitness level.

From high intensity cardio or powerlifting to yoga or beginner’s meditation classes, there is something for everyone. No need to enroll, simply show up to participate and have fun!
