You learn to adjust to change and cope with stress.To obtain emotional wellness one must reach the ability to make personal choices and decisions based on the combination of feelings, thoughts, philosophies and behaviors

 

Must be able to manage life in a rewarding way and take responsibility for you actions.This leads into the aspect of functioning as an independent, while knowing when and how to ask for help. Stress and emotional anxiety may part of life that is hard to dismiss, however learning the tools to deal with stress can help maintain physical, mental and overall psychological health.

As college students’ problems seem never-ending: roommate problems, academic pressure, relationship tension, family and financial issues.  Many of these issues may lead to depression or anxiety on one form or another.

It is important to seek a physician for medication or counseling.
Untreated depression can affect:
